The Approach
As if golf isn't hard enough but this could blow your mind. Every golf swing is different and every golf swing has the same 10 positions.
Position 1
Also known as the address. It should be comfortable, athletic, tension free and well balanced.
Position 2
The take away.
Rather than starting your club with your arms
engage with your mid-core, have the core of your body move your arms into the third position. Keep your center of mass between your feet.
Position 3
Wrist Hinge: Your wrists should hinge cleanly to form a 90-degree angle between the club shaft and your lead arm.
Shoulder Turn: Your lead shoulder should rotate downward under your chin while keeping your arms extended wide.
Position 4
You are coiled and primed for a strike.
Wrist Structure: Keep your lead wrist flat or slightly bowed to prevent an open clubface and stop a slice before it starts.
Hip Depth: Your trail hip must rotate deeply backward to create room for a powerful, uninhibited downswing.
Position 5
Weight Shift: Shift your pressure toward your front foot while keeping your chest safely behind the ball.
Shallowing: Drop your hands down smoothly to naturally shallow out the club shaft and avoid an over-the-top movement.
Position 6
Shaft Position: The club shaft must once again sit parallel to the ground right before making contact.
Toe Direction: The toe of the club head should point straight up or tilt slightly toward the ground to maintain a square face.

Position 7
Shaft Lean: Lean the club handle forward toward the target to compress the ball cleanly for maximum energy transfer.
Body Rotation: Your hips must clear and rotate open while your weight firmly plants into your front heel

Position 10
Balance: Hold a completely stable finish on your lead leg with almost all of your weight balanced on your front heel.
Chest Position: Your chest should face well to the left of the target (for right-handed players) to show a complete release.
